Club Policies
To help our Students, Club Members and Coaches, the Tulsa Fencing Club respectfully requests that everyone abide by the following Class Policies:
- Club members attending classes are expected to be on the strip and ready to participate promptly at 7:00 pm. If it is necessary for a Club Member to miss a class, it is expected that the Club Member notify his Coach/Instructor by text or telephone before the class begins.
- Parents of Club Members that are 16 years old and younger are required to remain in the gymnasium during class unless other arrangements have been made with the Coach.
- Club Members are required to successfully complete the Beginning Foil class or its equivalent before they are permitted to use the electronic scoring equipment during the open fencing sessions.
- All Tulsa Fencing Club classes, tournaments or other events held on Tuesday night will be cancelled, if Tulsa Public Schools was closed during the day on Tuesday or will be closed on the following Wednesday due to inclement weather. The Club Officers will attempt to notify the Club Members by making an announcement on the web site, email or telephone.
