Event Registration

Description:

NEW MEMBERS:  To join Tulsa Fencing Club, you MUST have completed the Introduction to Fencing course prior to joining Tulsa Fencing Club.  PLEASE DO NOT sign up and pay for your membership if you have not completed the course.

RENEWING MEMBERS:

The $85 membership fee DOES NOT include your competitive membership with the U.S. Fencing Association for the 2016-2017 fencing season.  ALL MEMBERS MUST HOLD A  COMPETITIVE (OR PROFESSIONAL) MEMBERSHIP IN THE U.S. FENCING ASSOCIATION.  PLEASE GO TO https://www.railstation.org/usfencing/ AND LOGIN TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITH USFA.  You MUST choose the $70 competitive membership.  Your membership MUST be renewed before you will be allowed to fence at Tulsa Fencing Club.

If you upgraded your USFA membership in the last two months to competitive, that competitive membership is valid until 7/31/2017.  Check your USFA membership card to determine the expiration date of your membership.

NEW MEMBERS FROM INTRODUCTION TO FENCING CLASSES:

You must upgrade your non-competitive membership in USFA to a competitive membership.  Please go to the website identified above and upgrade to the competitive membership.  You will need to bring a copy of your competitive membership card with you to the club to facilitate check-in. You may print a copy of your membership card from your USFA profile page; an official card will be mailed to you later by USFA.

MONTHLY CLASS FEES ARE CHARGED SEPARATELY FROM YOUR CLUB MEMBERSHIP.   After you have renewed your membership, please sign up for the August class session on the Event Registration page of this website.

If you do not enroll in monthly classes, this membership will allow you to attend Open Fencing on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m.  Remember to always check the website or Facebook for club closings.  If Tulsa Public Schools are closed for inclement weather, so is Tulsa Fencing Club.
