Tulsa Fencing Club Membership

You MUST complete the TFC Beginning Fencing course prior to joining Tulsa Fencing Club.  PLEASE DO NOT sign up and pay for your membership if you have not completed the course.  Also, please register for your US Fencing membership BEFORE joining TFC; your membership ID number is required for TFC registration.   Go to https://member.usafencing.org/ to join as an Access member ($29).

Annual Memberships run from August to July.  Your membership includes access to Open Fencing on Tuesday evenings between 7 to 9 pm, and armorer assistance.   Individual lessons are available for an additional fee and must be arranged through Coach David.

Please be aware:  the TFC membership fee DOES NOT include your Access (competing in local tournaments only) ($29) or competitive (compete in local, regional, divisional and national tournaments) ($99) membership with USA Fencing for the 2024-2025 fencing season.  ALL MEMBERS MUST HOLD AT LEAST AN ACCESS MEMBERSHIP IN USA FENCING, If you are going to compete in tournaments, you must have either an Access or Competitive membership, as appropriate. PLEASE GO TO https://member.usafencing.org/ AND LOGIN TO JOIN OR RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITH USA FENCING.  Choose the appropriate membership.  Your membership MUST be current before you will be allowed to fence at Tulsa Fencing Club.

WEEKLY FENCING CLASS:

There is no need to register separately for classes.  You will be invoiced in advance on a monthly basis for class fees, currently $85/month. PayPal will automatically charge you each month on a recurring basis. You may cancel your membership at anytime through PayPal settings.

There are no multiple family member discounts.

Remember to always check Facebook for club closings.  If Tulsa Public Schools are closed for inclement weather, so is Tulsa Fencing Club.  We will attempt to notify you by email in the event the club is closed for any reason.

Your monthly fee will be $85 for classes; you will also be charged a one-time $185 membership fee which will appear as a “set up” fee on your PayPal charge. Monthly class fee of $85 will also be charged at the time of registration. You will be automatically billed each month on the same day for your monthly $85 class fee.
